Google Form split into Sections – Licensed copy of Email Notifications for Forms – Data from one section does not merge into notification email for another section
I am creating a workflow for a certain task with a Google Form. I have the form split into 4 sections so the user on the first ‘slide’ will select the section pertinent to their role in the workflow. The user is brought directly to their section.
I have section 1 set up for initial data entry which, upon submit, when certain parameters are met, notifies the staff who are responsible for completing section 2. That part works.
I would like the email notification I have set up for the staff who must complete section 3 based on answers in section 2, to have access to all the data entered in section 1 and 2. As it is, I have correctly added the merge form fields to the email document, but they come out blank in the actual email. So the email does send based on my conditions, but has no data. The email generated from section 3 only has the fields from section 3 available for merge.
Please let me know how I can force all fields in the complete form to populate in every section when each completed section generates emails based on the responses from a previously completed section.
