GSUITE User/Admin – Cannot edit settings. Inconsistent functionality.
I’m trying to edit some of the Form Notifications on a Form of ours.
I’ve got edit rights to the form and form response pages.
I’m also a domain admin as this is for a GFSE use.
Sometimes, when I click on the “Add-Ons – Email Notification Forms” link, my only options are “Install” or “Help”. The add-on is already installed, but since I have no other choice here, I can choose “install” again. When I do that, I’m taken to the GSuite Marketplace page for the add-on and am given the choice to do a “Domain Install” or “Individual Install”. In this case, I’m assuming I want the “Individual Install”. So I click that and am prompted one more time with a notification about the add-on needing permissions. I click continue (the only other option is cancel). I then get a white box with a spinning circle for about 20 seconds, and then it just goes away. I then find myself back at the GSuite Marketplace page for the Add-on, given 2 choices again (Domain install or Individual install). This cycle never ends. It never gives any further indication or feedback as to if anything installed or if there was an error.
However, sometimes when I go to the Form and only get “Install” or “Help”, I can just refresh the page and this time I’ll have a full list of options (Install, Create Email notification, Mange Form settings, etc etc).
Since I’m looking to edit the existing settings, I click on “Manage Form Settings”.
However, all that does it take me back to the Marketplace where I can choose to install the add-on.
So I’m unable to make any changes, see any settings, or do anything.
I do have license keys (but it doesn’t help since if I click on “Active Licence Key” it still just takes me to the Marketplace install screen again…
I’ve tried in my regular browser and in an incognito browser.
I’ve tried several times over several days.
The results are a bit inconsistent, but always some mixes of the scenario above.
