How can 3-4 moderators share a gmail account?
We are launching a free Google group to facilitate ~500 members of a learning center for seniors to be able to connect online and by email to share information of mutual interest (e.g. can you recommend a plumber, or a Chinese restaurant). We plan on moderating all messages before posting. We want to preserve the anonymity of the moderators through using a shared gmail account. We envision the gmail account being named [groupname]email@example.com.
The 3-4 moderators will need to use the shared gmail account to communicate with individual members (e.g., why your post was declined).
What is the most effective way to create a shared Google account with a shared gmail account that all moderators would have access to read and write privileges?
