HTML email template is adding empty spaces in the email

I am trying to create an HTML email template in the Google Forms Notification. The HTML renders well in the browser. However when used in the email template for Google Forms Notification addon, inserts a lot of empty spaces in the sent email.

I am able to verify this only once the email is received by the client.

The HTML is a well formed HTML being used.
