Merge Not Populating Fields in Emails despite formatting
For some reason, the mail merge is not able to insert the fields I have configured into the gmail draft I have selected for use. I have always been able to do this as recently last month for a similar campaign but for some reason now it will only populate fields from the Google sheet template in the email only if I use “a visual editor” and not my gmail draft. Any assistance or guidance would be much appreciated. I thank you in advance.
