Possible capabilities to decide on purchase
I love how robust File Upload Forms is, but there are some particular capabilities that I want to know if it’s possible to do before I commit to a purchase. I’ve seen details on how to customize the form itself, but less on what happens after it is submitted and how the information is retrievable in the Drive for attachments/output spreadsheet for form responses.
- I will be using the script for expense reports, so is it possible to have different ‘sections’ to add additional groups of questions (ie expense line items) only if needed? So the user will be able to select “add another expense item” or “complete expense report.”
- Is it possible to show a link when drafting or submitting an expense report so the user can save a draft to edit later, or edit the form after submission? If not, can I as the creator generate a link for them to edit the form?
- Is there the ability to keep form details connected with the attachments to the form? (ex: one pdf combining the form questions and attachments, or some way to connect to the related form answers when viewing the attachments in Google Drive)
- Is it possible to add a copy to the end of the form or pdf with edited answers if changes need to be made by someone not the original user? That is, I can go in and create a copy of the original report to correct any improperly allocated expenses without overriding the original user’s answers, but I can still see the relationship between the two reports.
Thank you for any help you can give!
