Receiving Two Emails for Every Submission

I am receiving a 2nd duplicate email every time our google form is submitted. I have a google form that is filled out, then the answers are copied onto a PDF form and the PDF is emailed to myself and the responder. It has always been working fine until a few days ago, we have been receiving two emails for every response. Has anyone else run into this issue or know how to solve it?

  1. This is happening to me as well, it appears others experiencing the same issue have added it to the end of the duplicate email issue from May.

  2. I too am having this issue. Any help with this would be appreciated!

  3. Same issue, was working brilliantly for the few weeks I was testing things but this error popped up the very same day I was ready to deploy.
