Save Email to Google Drive
First the addin does not work at all on Firefox …. how would one ever know that ?
The problem it has is it will not select a gdrive folder, selects it then goes to blank screen and never does link it. All else works fine , it simply wont select the gdrive folder to save to.
Next, to use this addin, one has to then install chrome … after installing to chrome it does work. However … it says that it runs automatically every hour … it does not. Close gmail and gdrive and nothing happens. One would presume once the browser is closed the script would then run and deliver all emails to gdrive or any new ones.
Option two is to manually run it in google sheets and then it has a limitation … only saves 10-15 emails at a time …. imagine how long that takes if one has a few hundred. Option two is buy the pro version.
After downloading and installing chrome and getting it to save a rule and work … going back to firefox tojust run the rule … it then says memory limit exceeded … so that means one has to use only chrome to use this.
Last of all … the contact or submit a email to developer flashes up instantly on creating a rule, then disappears to quick to read or copy and in the app help section or contact … there is no place to actually send an email. I see on using the app help section, report an issue I get sort of a questions forum … it directs me here. There appears to be no direct link to contact developer, just a send bug report log item that appears sometimes.
